1. SPONSOR
 

The 2026 Cooperstown Legacy Fall Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Cooperstown Legacy (“Sponsor”), located at 10900 Electron Drive, Suite 102, Louisville, KY 40299.
 

2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
 

The Giveaway begins when officially announced by Cooperstown Legacy and ends on October 29, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“Giveaway Period”).
 

Entries received after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
 

Winners are scheduled to be selected on October 30, 2026.
 

3. ELIGIBILITY
 

The Giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who are able to utilize the prize in person at Cooperstown Legacy in Louisville, Kentucky.
 

The individual player who ultimately uses a prize may be under 18 years of age; however, the person submitting the Giveaway entry must be at least 18.
 

Current Cooperstown Legacy customers and members are eligible to enter.

Owners of Cooperstown Legacy and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
 

4. HOW TO ENTER
 

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
 

To receive one (1) base entry, eligible participants must complete and submit the official 2026 Cooperstown Legacy Fall Giveaway entry form during the Giveaway Period.
 

Entrants may earn up to three (3) additional bonus entries by following Cooperstown Legacy on the following social media platforms:
 

• Follow Cooperstown Legacy on Facebook — one (1) bonus entry
• Follow Cooperstown Legacy on Instagram — one (1) bonus entry
• Follow Cooperstown Legacy on TikTok — one (1) bonus entry
 

Each social media bonus entry may be earned only once per entrant during the Giveaway Period. Following the same account multiple times, unfollowing and refollowing, or using multiple accounts does not create additional entries.
 

Social media participation is optional and is not required to receive the base entry. Entrants may provide their applicable social media names/usernames on the entry form to allow Cooperstown Legacy to verify bonus entries.
 

A maximum of four (4) total entries may be earned per eligible entrant: one (1) base entry and up to three (3) social media bonus entries.
 

All entries and bonus entries are subject to verification by Cooperstown Legacy.
 

5. PRIZES
 

A total of thirteen (13) winners are expected to be selected.
 

GRAND PRIZE — ONE (1) WINNER
 

One Grand Prize winner will receive up to two (2) hours of batting cage time per calendar week at Cooperstown Legacy beginning after the winner has been notified, eligibility has been verified, and the prize has been accepted, and continuing through December 31, 2026.

Grand Prize cage time is subject to facility availability and must be reserved in advance through Cooperstown Legacy's online reservation system.

Unused Grand Prize hours expire at the end of each calendar week. Unused hours cannot be accumulated, banked, combined, or carried forward into subsequent weeks.

Available Cooperstown Legacy training technology and equipment may be included with the Grand Prize reservation, including HitTrax, Rapsodo, Blast Motion, pitching machines, and other designated training equipment, subject to equipment availability, appropriate use, reservation requirements, and Cooperstown Legacy facility policies.

SECOND PRIZE — TWO (2) WINNERS

Two winners will each receive five (5) free 30-minute batting cage sessions at Cooperstown Legacy.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $175 per Second Prize.
 

THIRD PRIZE — TEN (10) WINNERS
 

Ten winners will each receive one (1) free 30-minute batting cage session at Cooperstown Legacy.
 

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $35 per Third Prize.
 

All prizes are subject to Cooperstown Legacy's scheduling availability, reservation procedures, facility rules, safety requirements, and applicable expiration dates or redemption instructions provided to the winner.
 

6. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS
 

Prizes have no cash value and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
 

A winner may designate another individual to receive the winner's prize one time at the time the prize is accepted. Once the recipient has been designated and accepted by Cooperstown Legacy, the prize is non-transferable.
 

Prizes may not be sold or resold.
 

Any costs or expenses associated with accepting or using a prize that are not expressly included in these Official Rules are the responsibility of the winner.
 

7. WINNER SELECTION
 

Potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
 

The drawing is scheduled to occur on October 30, 2026.
 

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
 

Receiving multiple valid entries in accordance with these Official Rules increases the number of entries associated with an entrant but does not guarantee that the entrant will win a prize.
 

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CLAIMING A PRIZE
 

Potential winners may be contacted using the email address, telephone number, or other contact information provided on the official Giveaway entry form.
 

Potential winners may be required to confirm eligibility and provide information reasonably necessary to verify their entry before receiving a prize.
 

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the time specified in the winner notification, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, Cooperstown Legacy reserves the right to select an alternate potential winner.
 

Cooperstown Legacy may publicly announce winners through its website and/or social-media accounts.
 

9. ENTRY VERIFICATION
 

Cooperstown Legacy reserves the right to verify any entry or bonus-entry activity before awarding a prize.
 

Entries generated through bots, scripts, automated systems, fake accounts, fraudulent accounts, multiple identities, manipulation, or other methods intended to circumvent the Giveaway rules or entry limits may be disqualified.
 

Cooperstown Legacy's decisions regarding eligibility, verification of entries, administration of the Giveaway, and application of these Official Rules will be final to the extent permitted by applicable law.
 

10. FACILITY USE
 

Use of Cooperstown Legacy facilities and equipment is subject to all applicable facility policies, safety requirements, participant waivers, reservation procedures, and equipment-use requirements.
 

Winning a prize does not exempt the winner, player, parent, guardian, or other participant from otherwise applicable facility rules or waiver requirements.
 

11. MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION
 

If fraud, technical failures, platform interruptions, unauthorized intervention, circumstances beyond Cooperstown Legacy's reasonable control, or other issues materially affect the fair administration of the Giveaway, Cooperstown Legacy reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify, or cancel the Giveaway.
 

If the Giveaway is modified or terminated after eligible entries have been received, Cooperstown Legacy may select winners from eligible entries received before the modification or termination when reasonably practicable and legally permitted.
 

12. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
 

By participating, entrants agree, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to release and hold harmless Cooperstown Legacy and its owners, representatives, agents, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, except where such release is prohibited by law.
 

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
 

13. FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, AND TIKTOK DISCLAIMER
 

This Giveaway is sponsored and administered solely by Cooperstown Legacy.
 

It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or TikTok.
 

By participating through a social-media platform, entrants acknowledge that information relating to the Giveaway is being provided to Cooperstown Legacy and not to the applicable social-media platform.
 

Entrants remain responsible for complying with the applicable terms, rules, and policies of any social-media platform they use in connection with the Giveaway.
 

14. PRIVACY
 

Information submitted through the Giveaway entry form will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify entries, contact potential winners, award prizes, and for other purposes described in Cooperstown Legacy's Privacy Policy.
 

Entering the Giveaway does not by itself constitute consent to receive promotional marketing emails from Cooperstown Legacy.
 

Entrants who separately and voluntarily opt in to receive promotional communications may receive those communications in accordance with their consent and may unsubscribe as provided in those communications.
 

15. GENERAL CONDITIONS
 

By entering, each entrant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Official Rules.
 

Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification.
